Returns and Refunds

Personalized/custom orders are hand-crafted just for you. Slight imperfections are a possibility but will not interfere with the beauty and functionality of your item. Returns, exchanges or refunds are not accepted. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) are not returnable or refundable. 

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations

You will be charged a 5% fee on all cancelled* orders. 

*Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed. We do not cancel or refund any delayed or already shipped items.

 

Shipping Limitations

When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by you, the purchaser, as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. 

A-Customed To Nice Things IS NOT responsible for delivery delays caused by the carriers (USPS, UPS, etc) and NO refunds will be issued to customers if their order is delayed by the carrier as long as A-Customed To Nice Things has transferred the package to the carrier and the tracking number is showing that the package is with the carrier.

Once the order has shipped we will send a separate email with tracking details. 

Note: UPS transit days are Monday-Friday, weekends are not considered transit days. We are closed on weekends.
